The Otorohanga District Council has received a resource consent application from Ostern Quarries Ltd to continue and expand an existing quarry on their land at 892 Otorohanga Road, south of the Te Kawa Crossroads.

The Otorohanga District Council has assessed the application and determined that it is to be processed on a publicly notified basis.

Pursuant to Section 96(2) of the Resource Management Act 1991 any person may lodge a submission with Council in relation to it.

Submissions must be made in writing to the Otorohanga District Council at P.O Box 11, Otorohanga 3940, and must include provide the information set out in the Form 13 Submission form above.

The closing date for receipt of submissions will be Friday 21 October 2016.  Any submissions received after 5pm on this date may not be accepted by Council.
