Rates and hall maintenance
A number of rural halls within the district have a rate struck on all properties within their defined coverage areas. This money is passed onto the hall committees and enables them to use it to maintain the halls.
The halls these rates are charged on are:
- Arohena
- Honikiwi
- Kio Kio
- Otewa
- Ngutunui
- Tokanui Crossroads
To find out if your property falls within one of these areas, please contact us.
