What is a concept plan?
A concept plan is an area specific plan, it outlines what is wanted in a particular place.
How do we fund what the community wants in a particular place?
- Some things may be funded by Council (rates)
- Some things maybe funded or delivered through other means - like grants, other agencies or organisations.
