Annual Plans
The Annual Plan is a planning document outlining Ōtorohanga District Council's plans for the year from 1 July to 30 June the following year. It outlines what Council intends to do, and the costs of doing this. Annual Plans are created in consultation with the public in the years between the Long Term Plan (LTP), which is created every three years.

Every 3 years, the Council creates a Long Term Plan (LTP) outlining the direction of the District over the next ten years. The plan contains detailed information about the challenges facing the District, key areas of spending over the ten year period, activities provided by Council and how Council will measure their performance against these and Council's financial strategy for dealing with these issues over the coming ten years
